At The Legends at White Oak in Ooltewah, TN, your furry friends are part of the family! With no weight limits, bring up to two pets to enjoy our vibrant community, complete with scenic walking paths and pet-friendly spaces. Embrace a life where comfort meets companionship!

Our Pet Policy

  • Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
  • No Weight Limit or Required Pet Deposit!
  • 1-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $400 per Pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent - $20 per Pet
  • Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.

*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
